Question: How do you attach the Speed ​​Buddies bike light?

Answer: The front light mount can be easily screwed onto the handlebar using the rubber inserts provided, without any tools.
The rear light holder is attached to the seat post using a silicone band. The front and rear lights can be securely attached to the holder using the slide-in rail and then easily removed again.
We recommend leaving the brackets permanently attached to the handlebars or seat post.

Question: How do you turn on the Speed ​​Buddies bike light?

Answer: The Speed ​​Buddies bike light is switched on by pressing the button on the top of the front light and is then in automatic mode. This means that the intelligent light sensor on the bottom automatically adjusts the brightness. By pressing it again, the 100% brightness mode is switched on. The third level (pressing again) switches the 50% mode on. If you click again, the bike light switches off.

Question: Is the Speed ​​Buddies bike light waterproof?

Answer: Yes, all of our bike lights are splash-proof according to protection class IPX4 and can be used in the rain.

Question: How long does the battery of the Speed ​​Buddies bike light last?

Answer: The front light runs for up to 6 hours in continuous light mode at the highest level. The actual runtime depends on the operating mode used. The rear light is charged in about 2-3 hours using the included USB-C cable and lasts up to 4 hours in continuous operation.

Question: Are Speed ​​Buddies bicycle lights StVZO approved?

Answer: All Speed ​​Buddies bicycle lights are StVZO approved and may therefore be used on public roads.

Question: Can the Speed ​​Buddies bike lights be charged?

Answer: Yes, the Speed ​​Buddies bicycle lights are powered by Li-ion batteries and can be charged using the included USB-C cable.

Question: Is the Speed ​​Buddies bike light compatible with all bikes?

Answer: Speed ​​Buddies bike lights are compatible with most bikes that have a handlebar and seat post thanks to the included universal mounts.
